We are located in central PA and we specialize in lived-in color, blondes and most importantly making you feel like the best version of yourself! SERVICE POLICY Our goal at Daydream Salon is to make every client happy when they walk out our doors. We are here to make it right.  We do our best with thorough consultations and technical excellence to ensure clients receive what they are expecting.  Many times a desired look is a journey and only achievable with multiple services and visits.  In the event that your hair isn’t exactly what you wanted please contact us within 5 days. We must see your hair to determine if the dissatisfaction is an error on our part so we can move forward with getting your hair where we want it. If we determine that a client has changed their mind or that it was expressed that multiple steps and services would be needed to achieve the desired look we will encourage the client to continue on the prescribed path to achieve the desired outcome or possibly prescribe a path back to the original look. In the event you are not happy with the results, we will invite you in for a consultation to determine if a mistake has been made.  If we determine a mistake was made by our service provider we will offer to make the adjustments needed to achieve the original consulted look with another service appointment. In the event you had your hair done at another salon we are no longer able to adjust services. ALL SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY If you purchase a product at Daydream Salon and it is UNOPENED and it has not been used you are welcome to return the product within 14 days of purchase and receive a store credit for the full amount paid. If you try a product and you are not happy with it we will exchange that product with another product within the salon for equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange for a higher priced product then you are responsible to make up the difference. The bottle must be at least 90% full for us to swap it out with another salon product GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates never expire and you may purchase through our website or purchase a physical gift card at the salon. All gift certificates deduct 50% of the total after every year of being unused. To avoid any penalties it must be used within a year of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Show Policies For the protection of our staff, a credit card will be taken at the time of booking. The card will only be charged if an appointment is missed. Cancellation & Rescheduling We appreciate 48 hours' notice if you are not able to make your appointment. If the appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within the proper time, the credit card will be charged the appropriate amount. Please take note of the following fee schedule. Within 25-48 hours – 25% of the scheduled service total Within 13-24 hours – 50% of the scheduled service total Within 12 hours or less – 100% of the scheduled service total 15+ Minutes Late o Your stylist will decide based on their schedule if they can still provide your scheduled service. o Shortened appointments will remain at the original price of the scheduled service. o A reschedule will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. No Call – No Show Appointments 100% service charge and at the stylist's discretion, the inability to schedule future appointments, or a 50% deposit on all future scheduling of appointments. NOTE: all client information is stored securely on our credit card processing system We understand that life happens, and situations arise. We love and appreciate you as our clientele. We will continue to go above and beyond to accommodate and respect your time and we ask that you do the same for us. In the case of excessive rescheduling or canceling even within the cancellation window May result in a none refundable deposit having to be made for future appointments
